Syrah
Syrah is the most common red grape of the Rhone Valley, creating the
reknowned wines of Hermitage and Cote-Rotie.
Syrah has also
found a home in the Northwest, where it flourishes in the warm climates of the
Rogue and Columbia Valleys. Intense and fruity, earthy and tannic, Syrah
produces big, full-bodied wines of tremendous complexity and longevity.
