2007 "Music of the Spheres"
Cabernet / Merlot Blend
Rogue & Walla Walla Valleys - Oregon

This classic Bordeaux-style blend displays aromas of black cherry, saddle leather, smoke and cinnamon. Upon first
taste, there are flavors of ripe red raspberries, black licorice, and cassis. The wine has a lingering, complex finish
with additional flavors of bay leaves, dark-roasted coffee and toasted caramel. This limited release is sourced from
select vineyards in the Walla Walla and Rogue Valley regions of Oregon. 27% Cabernet Sauvignon – 42% Merlot – 31% Cabernet Franc. Aged 22 months in 30% new French and American oak and bottled unfined and unfiltered.
Only 191 cases produced. Release Date: May 2010

Cabernet / Syrah Blend
Columbia Valley

Huge blackberry and cassis fruit from the Syrah in the blend balance nicely with the structure and body of Cabernet Sauvignon.  Aged 18 months in a combination of 50% new French and American oak.  A classic big Columbia Valley red blend.  78% Cabernet Sauvignon, 18% Syrah, 2% Mourvedre, 2% Cinsault.  Excellent when paired with steaks, chops and holiday roasts.
